"If you value in person, professional, face too face service come see Alex Dejesus at State Farm on Grant Avenue. I stopped by on my way home from work on a Friday night. I did not realize they were closed. Alex was just closing up and instead of telling me to stop back on Monday he invited me in and we sat for over 1.5 hours going over my existing policies with another carrier. I told him I was still shopping around and he had no problem with that. He printed out his quotes and told me to call him if I had any questions. How many people today would stay late on a Friday night just to give out a quote? None! Long story short my existing carrier could not match the quotes I got from Alex. And on line shopping.... scams. They hook you up with an agent who doesn't go over and compare policies apples to apples and who are pushy as hell and bombard you with emails. Called Alex a week later, went over the numbers again with Alex and set up a time to sign up. Even that process was easy and he took care of canceling my old policies on the spot. Go see a live agent. Go see Alex. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable."

"I was looking for a reasonable price for car insurance and shopped around after years of paying way too much. I found Brian Cover right in my neighborhood and made a call.
